WTA pajreo LO47 charging problem

I own a petrol pajero LO47 1993 model from Banting, klang. It is very reliable. Problem is the voltage drops below 12 volt during Idle (700rpm) at traffic light with air con. Have changed the alternater to a 90A from 80A. I have to press the accerater to above 1000 rpm to keep the charge above 12V. If not the aircon is not cold. Can someone/sifu suggest any mechanic/ W.shop to solve the problem.

Buying shoplot- which bank gives best deal

[COLOR=blue]I intend to buyover the building (shoplot) I am operating business. The owner is asking for RM 700k. It would be difficult for me to move as I have invested heavy on the renovation. Can someone tell me which bank gives the best deal like low/ fixed interest or flexi payment. What will be the minimum down payment or Percentage loan available, legal charges incured, Installment payment for 10 to15 years loan?
