ASUS P6T x58 Motherboard

Can I use the ASUS Update program which is provided? Or should I do it manually? I think there is something wrong with my BIOS. After flashing requires a restart but after the restart, the PC just sits there, no loading screen, I have to off the PC and boot it up again. After that I come to a screen where it says 'Overclocking gone wrong'(Something similar to this) 'F1 to run setup, F2 to load default settings and continue'. Need help, thanks.

PC hangs sometimes when I run GPU-Z

PC hangs sometimes when I run GPU-Z, lags(really bad) sometimes when I run games(Warcraft 3 etc). I've tried changing the GPU, PSU, processor, RAM and motherboard, reformatting the system, still the same. Temperatures are fine, around 40-50 degrees Celcius, GPU's temp is around 40-50 as well. Could it be HDD? Thanks in advance.

Hamstring problem

Hi, as stated above, I have a problem with my hamstring, I forgot when it started, but when it did I thought it was just another minor thing and I would recover the next day, I guess I was wrong. Anyway, my left hamstring only hurts whenever I sit or squat, when I stand up/walk/run/basketball/cycling, no pain. Any idea why?
Thanks in advance.

VGA Input : Not detected

Just bought a new graphic card recently, after playing for sometime the screen just goes blank and there's 'VGA Input : Not Detected'. The computer is still running tho, is this a PSU problem? Cuz at the back of the graphic card box, it's stated that the card requires 450W and my system only has 300W. Is this a PSU symptom? Before I changed my graphic card, there was this problem as well, only difference was I was able to see pictures on the screen when comp hanged. Now screen just goes blank.

Thanks in advance.
