I am trying to get rid of my fat belly. Being doing some running for about a month and muscle building like push up and sit up.

Still, after a month, no changes on my belly. I suspected that this is due to my poor diet.

I honestly not clear about the diet. Dont really know what to eat. Do i need to starve? Can I still eat 3 times/day? Can i still eat johnnys chicken wings? Is gardenia bread ok?

I also quit smoking recently and from what i read, I should be expecting some weight gain and food craving. This is huge contra to my objective.

Please advise.

Need advise. what to do when somebody get their hands on your private photos?

Few days ago my gf send me a sexy pic of her through whatsapp and now her ex-bf told her that he has that pics, forwarded to him by a friend who get it from the internet.

I try to google that pic but found nothing and plus i am just an average internet user.

I have no idea what to do.

A M&E consulting company offered me a job as junior mechanical engineer with basic salary RM1600 for starting. I am interested with this company and the position they offered to me but im not sure if i should accept the offer due to the salary.

I am currently working for M&E contractor company as a project engineer and my basic salary is RM2600. The reason i want to leave is because its been a year already and i did not learn as much as i could due to slow project. I am able to handle my project according to plan but i am not confident with my technical knowledge.

The company made this kind of offer;

- My basic salary will be RM1600; no other allowance.

- He ensure that there will be few hundreds increment in maximum 3 months probation period. He highlighted the 'few hundreds' which means the increment is more than RM100 but refuse to tell me the maximum increment he can give.

- He also promise me that he can help me to cover the wasted 1 year with all the technical knowledge i need.

- He ask me to decide by tomorrow morning at 10.00 am.

I really want to learn more about all the M&E stuff but i cant find it with my current company. Im stuck with project that barely make a progress and im running out of time.

So should i accept this offer for the sake of experience and knowledge? Salary reduced by 1k.. will u accept it?

how much should i ask for 1 year experience.?
i dont expect much for 1 year but i do need some increment.
my current salary (include allowance) RM 2450

advice please, kinda urgent. im applying for new job right now and want to put expected salary on my cv.

industry = building construction (contractor), specialize in m&e field.
experience = 1 year

job responsibilities
liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers, project planning and implementation, site coordination, verify claim, verify progress, organize and perform T&C, tendering works.

im bored to death with my current job (or company??). everyday i work for about 2 to 3 hours. and then straight go home or mengular with my friends. i want more project but my boss think im not ready for it even though i already 1 year working with him. im currently applying for new job but its have been 1 week and nobody call me for interview. its so depressing and i cant whining in fagbook because my boss and cliques also got fagbook. so thats why i come here. make me feel good /k/.

Hey guys, i heard this one from one of my chinese friend.

he said mamak restaurant always give them overprice due to stereotype that chinese usually rich. indian gets the lowest price due to..err well maybe same background. and malay gets average price.

is it true mamak restaurant slightly increase the price of nasi campur to chinese?

scenario;
kamal, ah chong, raja letcumi lunch at mamak restaurant. all eat nasi campur, same lauk.
kamal get rm 4.50
raja letcumi get rm 4.00
ah chong get rm 5.00

ok here the thing.. my friend's new girlfriend is also a friend of mine (he introduced us). we usually hang out and did activities together.

both are student and im working right now. im well aware of their relationship and i dont have any interest with his girlfriend (im 100% sure of that but still I've to admit she got a nice pair of (.)(.) ). But for the past few days the girl were staying in our house (since its 'line clear' due to semester break) and somehow i felt uncomfortable.

im totally sure dont mind about they having sex or main masak2 here (she cook for us and demand us to eat together-like a pondok2 game) but i do feel something and its make me uncomfortable.. the only problem is i dont know what is it...

is it jealousy or what? Yeah im single now but is not like i never had a gf or did the same thing before and plus my mind right now is focusing on my career. Right now im avoiding any activity with them using lame excuse like tired or malas and i think they notice my reaction.

i also dont know whether do i like to have her around in our house or not.. So like i said, what exactly do i feel?

i need to conduct an experiment regarding friction for my assignment. the objective is to determine the coefficient of static friction for different contacting surface. i plan to use 3 different contacting surface as below;
1. plastic contact with plastic,
2. plastic contact with metal and
3. plastic contact with wood

my question is, for my hypothesis, which one should have the highest CoSF?

i already did some literature review but i'm a bit confuse about which one should have the highest CoSF.
plus i cant get my excess to science direct coz my uni block it due to unpaid saman..
