Nintendo switch user come in

Recently I bought a Nintendo switch lite and am struggling to find any games that interests me. I search for best games for switch but usually those are infested with Mario games. Not to say Mario games are no good but they usually involve solving puzzles, not my type. I prefer matured and elaborate story gameplay. So far the only game that really attracts me is Zelda botw and xenoblade 2 (already played xenoblade 1 on Wii).

The reason I bought switch is because I seldom got chance to play my PS4 as the TV was always occupied by my kids and wife. So I thought hey why not I buy a switch so I could game any time. Now I'm playing Zelda and will move to xenoblade once I finished it, but after that I don't know what else to play.

Oh I probably should mention I like jrpg and racing games.

if u must choose, what is the 1 thing that u regret the most?

for me, I regret not going to jog with my mum in her newly bought sneaker when I had the chance, always saying I'm not free, a lot of things to do, etc. Not long after that she was diagnosed with cancer and her condition deteriorated very fast, and she was gone after that.

more than 10 years had passed, until now the sneaker is still in cabinet. I don't have the courage to open it and take it out, fearing the guilt will overwhelm me.

Hi all parents, I have a question. I have asked my friends and family but nobody ever encounter this before, so I want to post here in hope of getting an answer. Please do guide me to the correct forum if this is not the right place. Thanks in advance.

So here is my situation. I need to help my boy to register for primary school this coming March. He is 5 y.o this year. The problem is I am expecting to move to my new house somewhere in 2nd quarter of 2020 (Apr-Jun). I am staying in Puchong currently and my new house would be in Setia Alam.

My question is, how can I register for schools in Setia Alam? My house will only be completed on 2020, and I don't even have the full address of my new house now.

Anybody have experienced this before? Please enlighten me.

Car accident claim runner

Hi all, just met with car accident and during reporting to police, the police recommend a runner to me. The runner said he will gao dim everything from A to Z and there is no fees charged as he is getting commission from the workshop.

First time accident here so need advise from all sifus. Are they trustable? Anyone engage their service before?

Anyone got good or bad experience dealing with them?

Refinance Home Loan

Hi all sifu,

I have a fully paid property and I wish to refinance it and invest the money elsewhere. I have never refinance a home before so I would like to ask for your expert opinion. Assuming I am refinancing for RM100K. My property is worth ~RM300K.

1) How long does the whole process takes from the moment I sign the loan until money is disbursed?

2) Approximately how much do I have to pay for the fees? Calculation more or less same with normal housing loan i.e. ~5% of the value I am borrowing?
- Processing fee
- Legal fee
- Stamp duty
- Did I miss out any?

3) What is the maximum tenure of loan I can take? Is it same with the normal housing loan 30 years?
