            <title>30 egg per day diet</title>

            <description>I have been hearing about this absurd advise from a few different people now - consume 30 egg each day for a high protein, mass building diet (10 eggs per meal). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1st time I encountered this was from a Facebook enabler (property not fitness), a PT from my current gym also told me that he takes 10 egg for breakfast every morning, there is a lady lifter whom I know also swear by 30 eggs per day. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Based on my limited bioscience knowledge it is not beneficial as I assume:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. It is just not sustainable - the sheer amt of eggs required per month. 1 tray per day = 30 trays per month. The thought of swallowing that amount of eggs per day is nauseating how to do it everyday for months. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. The natural digestive system will not be able to fully utilize so much protein per sitting (10 eggs = 60g of protein). The excess protein will be stored in the body as fats right? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. The calorie value of one egg is about 75 hence 750 calories per meal,  2,250 calories for 3 meals. Still OK if eat only eggs every meal, if add some simple carbohydrates each meal will push the total calories to about 3,000. Quite high already. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So is 30 eggs feasible diet or a shortcut to obesity? &lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <title>Overheating problem</title>

            <description>Need some sifu advise b/4 sending car to ICU......&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My car have been overheating after &amp;gt; 1 hour driving but when I check the radiator water still full &amp;amp; fan is working. When I drive to work in the (1.5 hours) morning there is no overheating but the trip back in the evening it will overheat after 1 hour of driving.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;FYI I have serviced the radiator &amp;amp; change fan switch recently. The problem went away for 2 months but now is back.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I wonder whether its due to my themostat (last change 2.5 yrs ago) or head gasket rosak. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;About themostat, I heard the &amp;#39;sporty&amp;#39; brands like spoon will only release the water at a higher temp. How much difference does it offer in terms of performance or hp/ touque gain? Is it advisable to spent the xtra &amp;#036;&amp;#036;?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m driving a 1992 honda prelude slightly tuned</description>

            <title>Manual adjustment of A/F ratio possible?</title>

            <description>&lt;br /&gt;My 15 yr old Honda is &amp;#39;burning rich&amp;#39; - exhaust pipe is covered with soot. When I wash my car, I would sometimes polish the tail pipe with Autosol but afew 1 or 2 days it will turn black. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have asked a few w/shop to do some &amp;#39;tuning&amp;#39; and they responded that it was not possible. They claim that its due to my CAI mod and the only was was to replace back to OEM air filter or get VAFC or other engine mgmt. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I oso read alot bout ppl tuning their cars, what exactly does one do during &amp;#39;tuning&amp;#39; besides adjusting the timing.</description>

            <title>Help computer cannot boot</title>

            <description>My computer was infected by virus recently and I thot I successfully destroyed it but then my computer started to hang when booting windows.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tried formating the HDD and reinstalled windows XP but still the same &amp;amp; after several restart, it just hang during the &amp;#39;startup&amp;#39; screen and all the wordings comes out in weird ascii. Cannot even go to CMOS as all wording are in ascii.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Think my mobo is a goner.&lt;br /&gt;</description>
