refering to the above matter, when a clause is stipulated but eventually be strike down by the Law, now should the employer reissue the employement letter or issue a fresh attacment? Is there any case study whereby a employer need to reissue an employment letter due to the changes in law?

Or no amendment shud ever be made and rectifiy on the extension of contract. What the law says...any legal advice?

EPF can be ~~on float~~ adjustable to your needs. but can tax be that way towards low? what is the charge if someone caught in lowering tax and later claim the discrepancy was done by the company? Who shud bear the responsibility? Empyee or Empyer?

Any tax consultant or legal advisor can help?

webhosting company offers domain and hosting services to public. very straight forward domain is created and hosting space is given. Now i wanna know how the webhosting company able to split so many hosting domain.

I know a server is required but what are the elements required in order abc.com or abc.com.my to split more domains with space given. i know directadmin or latest plexmus used in hosting work. but at the provider's end, what the tools are?

One is S.F

No brainer, shin & dkl offers the most attractive and cheapest but is it too good to have one? what about S.F? is their quality and customerr service the best?

need opinion before signing up. what the differnt btw PLESK and directadmin via control. which is better and user frendly. Shin uses server 2008? anyone try b4?

Hypermarket is growing so aggresively in contrary of the depression of world economy. Now the booming market nevertheless will make Malaysia to spend more but somehow it will lay impact to those smaller scale of the industry like mini market os ~~speed~~mart...right?

Prefered DNS Server been hijacked!

I have set my prefered DNS server according to my broadbank provider dns. Howerver, it kept on staying in this address 85.255.122.xxx. It only happended yesterday only. no matter how many time i reset or i use norton to scan, it still show no virus found and the new dns add is still there. pls help

i have xp installed in my computer with 3 partitions. When i wan to install vista into drive E:, it fail....why? meaning xp and vista is not compatible and cant be in a single hard disk though with 3 partions?

i wan a clean install of vista in my pc and i dont want to use PC2007. any help?

I know it sounds peculiar. but i love studying self help material. books are great for the resources. i am thinking what if game company can really make this happen which more interact and more educational purpose. sorry, no offend to those action, rpg or sport games. i do like to play one or two blood shooting genre. i just thinking self help games...possible? Can imagine how lively and inspiration it would be.

Getting right people at the right position

many company face issue on getting the right person. Especially during bad time, employer is more worried to get the right people for the right job. I have no doubt head hunter or any electronic job posting can do a great job in matching the candidate at nearest possible to their client requirement. However, due to target and pressure, always not the right candidate recommend to the employer.

I have many network frens working as a recruiter and they do share a common problem which the paradigm to ensure the right candidate best suit to his/her qualification or experience is at stake. I do share some tots with a top management and the concern or worried of hiring the right person has been the main agenda of each board meeting.

Any view or comment anyone can share on how to overcome this issue?

Telco options

I notice the telcos are getting creative each day to promote their best service to the public. Nice. but i find some flaws which i doubt whether the move towards more selection of call plan, flexibility, numerous codes and etc.

Bruce lee's ever said the actual kung fu is the simplest one. defense while attack. more important to defeat your opponent. That's why he prefer to exchange various of material arts. take the good and cut off the shortcomings and come up with a most effective and practical chinese kung fu.

back to the telco, aren't they complicated the options and choices to the extend the customer service or the shop owner also headache in learning every new promotion or plan introduced? Good for public cos saying, let the fools fight and the smart get the fish at last. But more important, telco should in a way transparent and learn from each other (be open) just like the art of bruce lee....reveal your plan and strategy and together give the very best not only quality but value for money to customer.

This not only solve the competitiveness of the telcos and of coz they need not to spent so much money on advertisement. But somehow, i hold back a certain degree,....if they are so mature to think...then probably a lot of staffs will be redundant, i'm afraid.

Please buck up your service, every telco and no offend.
