I am 30 this years and working in the accounting/finance field.

Currently thinking for a career change so would like your opinions or tips if this is a good time to be a Real Estate Negotiator / Agent?

Can I know what are the pay structure typically looks like? Do they normally pay basic salary?

I have some fairly understanding in digital marketing and would like to use this skill to generate leads.

Thus, I prefer making appointment with potential clients instead of standing in property fair, is this possible?

Gaming laptop recommendation

Hi all, can you please help to recommend a gaming laptop for me?

Below are my requirements:

1. CPU: i5 / i7, maybe open for ryzen too if that's what you'd recommend.

2. GPU: GTX 1660ti 6GB

3. RAM: 16GB

4. Preferrably not too flashy and looks somewhat professional. I like the look of Legion Y7000 but it doesn't have GTX 1660ti. I would like the laptop to be somewhat future proof to be able to run gta 6 in medium to low setting.

Is it OK to change your expected salary?

So I've went to an interview and provided my expected salary.

Due to the different salary structure, I've put a lower expected salary in the application.

This mistake was due to my misunderstanding as my current job provides travel allowance whereas the new job don't.

Can I know if it's possible that I can still change my expected salary if I ever receive an offer? Will it look unprofessional?

FYI, my new expected salary will still be within the range of this position offered.

Recommendation for proton edar workshop

both front and rear bumper broken already, my back boot also kemek (Iriz).

In hope to change back to genuine body part, can you guys recommend which Proton Edar to send my car to?

A bought a land more than 20 years ago, then changed ownership of the land to his son 10 years ago.

Now A's son has sold the land, this should be the first time A selling any property, is the proceeds of the land taxable?

Loud exhaust and fuel consumption

I am currently driving a 1.3 saga LMST manual.

Previously the car belong to my brother and he has mod the exhaust to those very loud pipe.

Now the car fuel consumption is really a big problem for me.

Before this I am driving those 20 years old saga and I can drive around for RM50/week

but now the same distance I drive I need RM70/week.

so I was thinking whether the loud exhaust is the main problem of bad fuel consumption.

I'm thinking to go and change a used stock quiet exhaust to improve the fuel consumption, do you think I am doing the right thing?

I am sorry if this is a basic question but please give me some suggestion cause an extra RM80 per month expense is quite heavy for a poor student like me

i need recommendation on my laptop

only roughly three spec i looking for

the screen prefer is 13-14 inch

no a net book and is a notebook

price roughly 1.5k (seriously i don really mind about the performance as i mostly use for homework internet surfing and movie)

last n the most important one is that there's color choice preferably Red coloured laptop XD

the laptop which matched my option would be asus x42de but i heard my friend say that Asus no longer produce this model

any suggestion?
