PICORP (UEM takeover 0.35)

Must buy!

QUOTE

PICORP had disposed loss making project at Sudan on last financial year which caused the big loss. However, this year the company able to secure more projects & continue secure advantage of concession with the government for environment control.

The laboratory business is growing fast with latest development of buying a MYR40 million building (Bangunan BKA) to cater the demand needed.

I did some analysis, this company currently is strong cash flow (MYR 38 million) with no debt. I forecast annual profit will be around MYR16 million, mean the PE is at 7 times. Expected the fair value will be at 0.35++ with forecasted PE 15 times.

So, I think the current price (0.215) is worth to monitor closely & consider undervalued. If the takeover by UEM is true, this will be the catayst to make the price move out from the downtrend.

source: http://www.stockmarket.tailou.com

KELADI (Rumour of received letter of privatise)

Must buy!

By major shareholder Tan Sri Dato Tan Hua Choon.
Offer price range from min 0.26 to max 0.40.

This is the very good news since I hold in my portfolio for it for many years & received many time of dividend.

Currently KELADI holding about MYR70 mil cash without any debt. This is why it able to produce good dividend yield to the shareholders. It main development place is at Kedah & planning to shift the investment to Klang Valley & the purchase of land still in discussion stage.

With it's strong cash flow, it able to generate better bottom line result with the new investment.

One thing I would like to share to you all is the land belong to the KELADI is still very much lower than the market value due to accounting standard requirement.

e.g.
This is only one of the example land belong to KELADI.
Approx. 525 arces land (freehold) with book value MYR19 mil, its last revaluation of land was 1996, can you imagine how much value it will be in 2011? Double? Possible the value for the land now is at MYR 40 mil which is double from the book value.

This stock is worth for you to monitor because from my point of view, this is SUPER UNDERVALUED stock!

Therefore, if the major shareholder intend to make it private. This rumour is highly possible.

Too bad in Bursa market, intrinsic value is not first priority choice by the trader. Bursa is more focus on speculation stock which is syndicate playing.

source: My Webpage

We increase our valuation metrics in view of signs of stabilization in the global economy, signs of improvement in demand for local properties and also a higher risk appetite among investors.

source: http://bursastreet.blogspot.com/2009/05/un...layan-land.html

Hartalega

Target RM2.64

Now 2.50

FY09-10 earnings upgrade. We are upgrading our FY09-10 earnings forecasts by 17- 38% to take into account of the better performance of Hartalega. Maintain Buy. Our target price is revised upwards to RM2.64 (previously RM2.25) based on a PER of 8x FY10 earnings. Besides having a market leadership in nitrile gloves in Malaysia, we understand that Hartalega also has the most advanced glove manufacturing technology among its peers. Having said that, the risks to our view include: 1) fluctuating nitrile latex prices, since nitrile latex makes up about 50% of its total production cost; 2) uncertainty in crude oil price direction, causing uncertainty in raw material prices, 3) weakening of US$, since the bulk of its sales are exported, and 4) high reliance on 2 major customers, Medline and Microflex, which make up more than 50% of total sales.

source... http://bursastreet.blogspot.com/search/label/HARTALEGA

TMI/Axiata

QUOTE

TM International’s (TMI) shares hit a low of RM2.15 and closed at RM2.16 yesterday. The share price is still 25% off the level it was trading at when the rights issue was proposed on Feb 26, although it may have found the bottom. Much of the sell-down over the last 3 weeks was attributed to concerns over the magnitude of dilution, with RM5.25bn set to be raised and where TMI has yet to fix the price of the rights shares, which will clearly give rise to the risk of further dilution

QUOTE

RECOMMENDATION
Trading opportunities ahead of rights pricing. We think there may be trading opportunities over the next week or so as we draw closer to the price fixing date (based on the 5-day volume weighted moving average price prior to the price fixing date of March 27). Essentially, the dilutive impact from the rights would be less strenuous should TMI’s share price ‘rally’ ahead of the price fixing date. We are eyeing a trading range of RM2.40-RM2.50, based on the similar discount levels offered by recent rights issues in the market. We upgrade our recommendation on the stock to a TRADING BUY from NEUTRAL given the probability of a sustained uptick in its share price over the window period (March 20-26) in order to mitigate the dilution risks.

source: http://bursastreet.blogspot.com/2009/03/tm...ernational.html

Target RM2.64

The 9MFY09 results were above expectations, contributed by a higher nitrile gloves sales mix, stronger US$, higher production capacity and more efficient cost control. This led to an EBITDA margin improvement of 1.6%-pts to 22.9% YTD while core net profit was up 20.8% q-o-q and 96.2% YTD. We like Hartalega for its market leadership in the production of high quality nitrile examination gloves.

FY09-10 earnings upgrade.
