is it worth??

mainly porpose is for gaming..

Halo Everyone I Had probs With This Guy Last Year At December 16 I Brought Asus 4850 From him n After i made payment i called him n told about tat payment tat i made he say ok n i told him to send the gc asap via poslaju , then later tat day he sms me n told he cannot send my gc.. so i forgive him.. later the next day he send my gc via pos.. (not Poslaju) i was angry n ask him why he not send my gc via poslaju he say his father still noob about posting.. so i wait n wait about 1 months 19 days for the card.. then i just got it a few days ago.. so after i received the card i tested to make sure it's fine but suddenly after i plugged the card in my rig n turn on my pc my monitor show some kind discolour Dots (Artifacts) i dont know what the probs is N i though my psu or driver probs.. then i send the gc to compshop to test if my rig got probs or the gc.. then the compshop guy test n told me tat the gc is faulty.. i was disappointed i wait about 1 month n this is what i got... so i'm going to return the card back to the seller n hope tat he will refund my money back.. he also agree to refund my money after he receive the card so today i pm him n this is what he say:

"You expect me to refund you after what you did to the card? I dono what you did, but it's all artifacts since the bios screen. The card was perfectly fine before I sent you, I've tested and retested, and made sure everything was fine before I sent. The only way to solve this right now is to send the card for RMA. I'll refund you when I get a working card back from RMA".

So guy is it my fault or him?

also i want my money back but he say he need to rma the card first..

i dont want more waiting just refund my money back

after i install latest cc 9.1 my gc keeps displaying vpu recover error msg..

also my monitor keeps black n hangs..

i cannot play any games..

plzz someone help me..
