Hi,
Sorry for the Newbie questions. How Much is the Valuers fee nowadays?
I got a call from valuer charging RM 1100 for a RM 150,000.00 house I purchase in Tasik Puteri Selangor.
If i refer to the previous topic the table calculate valuers fee to be about RM 550.00

Is this reasonable? or anyone can point me to a better deal?

The Price I purchase are RM 135,000.00 and Loan by bank are only 90% of RM 135,000.00.

Hi guys, Is there someone or some faction or some country or what higher power at work here?

I notice that SEA(South East Asia) are getting more stable since ages. with lesser war halted like;
Acheh,
Timor Timor,
MILF in Philiphines(Mom I Like ....something, cant remember the whole acronym)
etc2.

Just a few war like the one in Thai etc.

And Malaysia seems to be hit from many issues; religiously, the sabah intrusion, economically and racial tension.

It seems like there some factor inciting discords. Trying to cause instability.

Worldwide theres;
Africa economically in the slum and politically riddled with war.
Russia brewing for war.
China with its internal problem of overpopulation and diseases.
Middle East spring.
Europe Crimea, youth problem etc

Only a few continent are safely tucked away.

So again, Is there someone or some faction or some country or what higher power at work here?

or its just the weeds I'm having is too strong?
