Samsung A55 - purple blotches & SC: no warranty

My half year Samsung A55 suddenly got some purple blotches yesterday. GOOGLED and found that the screen underneath is leaking. To the best of my knowledge, I didn't even drop the phone. When I got to the mall 2 hours later, the purple blotches has spread from the initial spots.

The lady at the service center said it's not covered under warranty. I told her that I didn't drop the phone and she said will have to wait for approval from Samsung KL if they were to repair it under warranty.

Looking at the Samsung website (https://www.samsung.com/my/support/mobile-devices/screen-replacement-for-smartphones-and-tablets/ ) , it's Rm368 (screen) + Rm60-Rm85 (labor) .

Anyone has any experience with claiming warranty for this purple blotches, stains ?
Thank you.

My wife's car (Alza Advanced) was involved in an accident and after the repair, we noticed that the SD card that contains the GPS software and maps is now missing. I called the software vendor (Lokatoo) and was informed that we need to purchase a new card from Perodua. Does anyone know if can I can copy this from the CD that comes with the car ? Just want to gather some opinions before I buy the micro SD card. Thanks.

Car difficult to start if AC is ON position

Hello,

My car is having difficulty to start if the AC button is ON. It will sound like you have a weak battery. Sometimes I have to try 2,3 times before it can start. I don't think it's the battery as it was also the same when I changed the battery earlier this year. Can someone advise what's the common issue, parts to check, etc.. Thank you.

Currently there are weak signal / blind spots in my house so I am thinking to put those longer antennas on the wi-fi router. I am currently using a ASUS router (https://www.asus.com/Networking/DSLN12U_C1/). The specs says that it's 5dbi and detachable.

Anyone installed those 18dbi antenna on your wi-fi router before? Does those 18dbi antennas really improve the signal strength ? Please share your experience.
