WTA - Unit rent out already, but agent no show up

Hi all sifus,

First, I am not sure if this topic should be posted in here or kopitiam.
I am abit lost for now.

The story is like this, I have rent out my unit with a help of an so called AGENT.
The unit rent out already, the tenant already move in about 1 month already.

I have tried to keep in contact with the agent for one month, the agent keep on FFK and dont wan to show up for me to sign the legal document.
Deposit collected by the agent, but he did not give me in full amount. Some leftover he didnt pay to me (about RM700)

What should I do now since already one month pass. Should i lodge a police report against this so called AGENT?

Please advice.

I am planning to get a new car.. but i am unable to decide between which to proceed..

Since that they are so much discount on going and ending around the corner..
I need sifu's help to explain further to me which is a better deal between elentra and almera.
So that I can lock the deal soon..

I know that both of the car are on different segment..
but then i feel like both of the car in same size..

Hope sifus here can give some advice.

Cannot load youtube

I cant really load my youtube since last Friday. Have any of you got the same issue as well?

When I open the youtube page its blank.
For pages which have youtube linked, I saw an error load logo there.

It works for awhile sometimes but it dont later.

Not sure if its my internet issue or what.

Hi All!

FYI, I do not have any knowledge on keyboard nor piano, but since my GF birthday is coming soon, I am planning to get her a keyboard.
P/S : She do have a grade 7 piano certificate, but did not touch the piano for quite a long time as shes studying in KL but house is in east. Not planning to buy piano as I couldn't afford and no place to put.

Have been recently looking into this page TMT and wondering which keyboard should I get for her..
