Subs out of phase!

i just change to new subs recently however it seems to be out of phase:
observed the cone movement is not parallel thought all wiring polarity are in correct connection.

What would be the potential cause?

Subs enclusore Ported or seal?

ICE gurus,

Just wanna ask opinion before i make any changes to my enclosure. Currently use ported box for my subs! My objectives to get clean bass and accurate at same time can play loud too. in fact wanna try subs sound from seal box as never use it before. The subs is JLW3V2.

Hi all ICE sifus....well the topic says all as i'm going for PDX1.600 digital monoblock.
It is 600 RMS watts at both 4 & 2 Ohm load
