the question is, how to deal with cmms provider and link them to the gov body, in the mean time i can have my percentage of giving them business opportunity.

is it legal and allowable in business culture.

my basic salary is to little that is 2420. but my un consistence allowance per-month sum up with my basic can reach to 7k. is there any other way i can get the housing loan. the house price is below 250k.

What your opinion on girl that not yet move on with her ex-bf. (they are coupling about 5 years and had separated about 1 years ago)

At the same time is coupling with another guy.

Sadness part is the girl is keep on mentioning/comparing her ex-bf with the present bf.

Does the the present guy need to moved on, or stayed strong until his girl completely can move on (which is don't know when)

migrating to aus/nz

I am thinking of migrating to Australia or new Zealand. All I have is Bsc Degree cert. I don't care of being separated with my family or relative as I am preferred to live alone. Thus I seek an advice for anyone that have an experience of migrating.

I am thinking to working here (Malaysia) for the first two/three years to gain some pocket money then, proceed to migrating process. I got no problem if I need to be a labour first in Aus/NZ as I used to work like it here.

Pls advice on me. Thank You.
