I'm try to develop website which enable user to register User's account on my linux server, (is for my project).I know that this may involve creating some scripts to be executed on the Linux server to create a Linux account.. So, do anyone know how to and where to get those script and configuration guides ?

Tasks Manager problem.

The is a problem with my tasks manager where after I press Ctrl+Alt+Del it will pop up said that my "Tasks Manager has been disable by your Administrator". Problem is I am using the my own profile which is Computer Administrator. But I found out that there exist another hidden Administrator account. This hidden administrator account can access the Tasks Manager. How I can enable back the computer administrator profile to access back the Task Manager ?
