False ceiling after landing on the 1st Floor. Holes are to be inserted with acrylic instead of plaster ceiling to allow some natural light ( husband's must-have thing )

UPDATE 28/6/2016 - Work has been really slowing down. But I finally hit the 80% completion. Hip Hip Hurray! However, I really got to warn any new Nobat houseowners a few things .

a. Please check all your concealed ducting by the developer is really working and properly sealed. My aircond duct was punctured by the developer's contractor when they were installing the ceiling bracket. They told me it'll take them 30 days to rectify. I made a big hoo ha and it was done within 3 days because I skipped all the formal procedures. I made many calls and bugged everyone. For once I'm happy that I'm being an annoyance.

b. The finishing of the wall is really terrible. Either avoid wall lights/wall washers lighting or get your contractor to fix the wall first. I did a major mistake installing wall lights instead of step lights. And also, I installed a couple of wall light. That 3rd grade cancer of my wall was mind blowing.

Anyway updated pictures to date are here : 28/06/2016 Pictures

Knee Swelling

Hi there. I never have a major fall but 3 days back i clumsily jumped down the stairs in my heels and sprained my right ankle. I fell hard too on my left knee. And being a retarded girl i always am, i continued dancing in clubs and i think this has added the inury. Everything seemed fine till the next day i had my ankle treated by a chinese doctor as the pain was unbearable. My knee was bleeding and the pain wasn't too much so i just left it that way. The only thing i did was to wash it with cold clean water.

Well, my knee was alright till yesterday. Now, it hurts like hell.It is swelling and the skin around the wound is reddish. Pus are emitting from the open wound. I can't put my leg straight as it feels like my skin are tearing. I can walk but not too much. Is it natural for this to happen or do i need to see an orthopedic?

If i do, any suggestion please? I really have no idea.
Thank you very much ;(
