We are leasing a piece of land to TNB at Yong Peng area. However TNB requested for the certified copy of the Geran, and the original copy is currently with the bank. Can we head to Pejabat Tanah Johor and ask them to issue a new Certified Copy of Geran without the original copy? Can we request on behalf of client? What are the documents needed to obtain a true copy of Geran on behalf of our client?

need recommendation for router Unifi

I am using Belkin N+ 300mbps modem router when signed with streamyx, the wifi signal cannot reach the second floor. After switching over to unifi, currently I'm using the stock TM unifi router. However, the wifi signal is unstable up at second floor. I am using a repeater to bridge the connection but I would like to omit it as the repeater itself is also unreliable(will cause disconnect when I go upstairs, speed cannot reach full etc). Is there any recommended router for Unifi with a budget of around RM550? can go a little more if it is worth it. But the price must be justifiable la hahaha

Help in suggesting audio system

Hi, as I will be buying a Samsung KS7000 and also a PS4 pro soon, so I am thinking of getting a good audio system along with it.

Since PS4 pro supports HDR, AVR with HDR support is very expensive, the only setup I can afford is using HDMI Arc instead.

PS4 Pro+Astro>>Samsung TV(HDMI 1+HDMI 2)>>HDMI ARC>>AVR(4k) or Soundbar

1. Can anyone recommend me an AVR with HDMI ARC+speakers? (Total budget 1200)
2. Should I go for Home Theatre in Box (HTiB) instead with my budget? BDV-E4100
3. Or should I just go for a decent soundbar like SAMSUNG HW-K551 3.1 Wireless Sound Bar with wireless subwoofer?

Need help DDWRT Unifi

Hi, I'm a new Unifi user and would like to replace the TRG212M(Old Router) modem given by Unifi. I bought TL-WR841NDv11(New Router) and flashed it to DDWRT.

I followed the guide below to retrieve my password

These are my settings

I have an ethernet cable from Modem to the WAN port of the New Router.
Then another ethernet cable from LAN 1 of New Router to computer.

However even with this setup, I am not able to connect to the internet using the new router. It shows WAN IP: 0.0.0.0

Can any one point me to a useful guide or show me where is the problem at? I don't need HYPPTV.

LED monitor has bright tint over

Hi, I have a primary monitor E2011H and a secondary monitor which I just bought recently AsusVS228NE. Since this is my first LED monitor, I'm not aware if this is considered a problem of LED monitors in general or just my monitor. What I noticed is that the colors are washed out, it's like there is a bright tint over it. especially noticable during dark scene. Here is a photo I took in comparison to my LCD monitor. I've changed through all the modes nd it's still the same.

LCD monitor on left side, LED Asus VS228NE on right side. Took in absolutely dark background

Is LED monitor overally bright especially in dark scene?

Hi, I am currently subscribed to 8Mbps Streamyx internet at the price of RM160. However, I want to terminate this soon if I can find other internet provider at my area because of the terrible support from streamyx. I opened 3 cases and they closed the case without any further action (saying what technical department already configured my port and closed it). Currently receiving 6.8Mbps and 0.35mbps upload speed. This is my address
