Logitech Z623 Woofer Placement

Hi guys, i would like to know weather is it safe to place a woofer beside a system unit, i have done my research but i am still searching for some enlightenment. to start with:-

1) I was previously using a Sonic Gear EVO 8 for nearly 2++ years woofer was beside my system unit(The Bass port was facing the system unit) all the time and my system unit is still running in perfect condition until now
2) I just got a Logitech Z623 yestreday, placed my woofer beside my system unit(system unit is on the right side of the woofer, the Bass port on woofer is not facing the system unit) then i remembered an issue on not to place a woofer beside a system unit because of the magnetic disruption that might damage the HDD and other components how far is this true?
3) As i mentioned earlier i was having a woofer all the time beside my system unit, but that was a smaller woofer and my system unit was not affected by it, but the Z623 have a bigger and more powerful woofer compared to the EVO 8 and i am not sure if the Z623's woofer is magnetically shielded no info on that, so any advises guys?

These questions might sound silly and noobish to some but there are people who are aware or need further enlightenment in this issue and i am one of them, if there is a proper post on the issue it would be helpful to many, so hoping to get a positive and guiding advice from everyone and this is just an humble request, thank you

PHP advance search

Hi guys currently i am working on a project and i am required to do a search function with few options including dropdown, checkbox and etc

My problem is:-
i can perform a search from the textfield and display the results, but i am not being able to specify my search with other filters such as property type, range and facilities.
Example 1: Search the keyword Bangsar at textfield then click search = Got Results
Example 2: Search the keyword Bangsar at textfield + choose the property type as Apartment then click search = No Results

i think i am having some problem with my SQL query, currently my query is as follows
Textfield name = searchfield2
Dropdown menu name = property_type
$query = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM transaction WHERE ($property_type) LIKE '%$searchfield2%'");

i have been spending days to find for a right solution at the internet, i know there is similar problem which have been solved in the internet but i just didt came across any, so my current option is to post and get some feedback here at LYN. Thank you

Hello & hi to all lyn forummers, ive bought the sabertooth p67 few months ago, i have some problems with the UEFI BIOS Settings.

Problem
When i access the BIOS in EZ-Mode, we can see the 3 power modes right? the:-
powersaver mode
normal mode
ASUS optimal mode

when i change the power mode to optimal:-
1.--->desktop seems to be blank for few seconds
2.--->few seconds turns off for few seconds, than it boots up in a normal way
3.-->Sometimes randomly gets overclocking failure when startingup the pc where i never oc any components

i have tried swaping the PSU & RAM but the problem stil persist and its such a pain to watch, ive opened a thread b4 but it was not helpful, hoping to tackle the problems tis time, hope to have support from all forummers

Hello people, recently ive got myself a Sabertooth p67 & 2500k and im having problem with it,

1. The mobo runs 2 times POST test(I think this would be common for all Sabertooth P67 mobo, but im not sure)

2.The whole computer starts, then stops completely for few seconds before it loads the windows(Even the PSU fan stops for this few second, as though the power has been cut off completely)

if i am not mistaken my psu should be more than enough for my current configuration, my configuration is as stated in my system information, i would deeply approciate helps and guidance from all you people, my previous configuration was i3 530 OC'ed to 4Ghz and P7P55D, i didt face this problem in my old configuration

DVD Drive detected, but no light and cannot open

Guys im facing a DVD Drive problem with a Compaq Presario c795TU

Problem
=======
1. DVD Drive not present on BOOT Option screen.

2. DVD Drive present at Explorer screen and Device Manager screen.

3. Cannot Eject the DVD Drive, no access light totally, even when windows starts.

4. When right click and eject at windows screen, it gives error occured while ejecting "DVD RW Drive"

I have tried

1. Uninstall and reinstall the device.

2. Remove the DVD Drive and insert back.

3. Use windows FIX IT to diagnose.

what shell i do now, is there any posible way to make the DVD Drive operate or do i need 2 get a new optical drive for the laptop?.Thx

so far i could manage to display the maze. The direction is not user input but by the computer
