ALT + TAB and windows start logo is not working!

I don't know why but my computer's ALT + TAB and windows start logo on keyboard is not working. For instance, if I open IE and press ALT + TAB, it won't switch from a screen to another. When I press down the ALT key, it will only highlight the 'File' tab and when I click TAB, it doesn't do anything. Before this it was working but I think I accidentally clicked SHIFT many times and the Sticky key option popped out and it's not working anymore.

I tried to go to Start/Run/Regedit and changed the value for coolswitch to 1 but it still doesn't work. Please help me

I'm just wondering if you girls shaved your legs?

I heard that if you shaved them, your hair would grow even thicker so you'll have to shave them every now and then?

Finance, Accounting, Finance Accounting?

I'm currently doing the American Degree Program, majoring in Finance but I would like to know the difference between Finance, Accounting and Finance Accounting.

Can I major in Finance and do ACCA as well? Any advice?
