my dead SIM card which WAS a decoration for my wallet was confiscated by the school's X system through spot check today.
I think this is extremely unacceptable for me.
why are sim cards banned in the school?
"anything unrelated to study should be confiscated"
this sentence make no sense at all
in future, "your brain was not used in study today, so we confiscate it"
how do the pictures of your mother and/or your gf/bf related to study?
why are they not confiscated?
why does the decorative things on the bags and wallet not confiscated? you don't need to wear your underwear to study, confiscate?
why are pendrives considered illegal while it has a similar function to a file that students use to keep papers?
It seems like the school is really against the use of electronical appliances in school, because the students are more "updated" than the teacher
what about the mobile phone that is used by a teacher which is considered a luxurious phone(with gold or diamond) that cost near 10k?
should I drill a hole on my SIM card then tie together with my keys so that it won't be confiscated?
even if my sim card is still alive, I don't think it should be confiscated, what can a student with a sim card? making call by inserting the sim card to brain? play with it?
school should be made to be a confortable and suitable environment for students to study.
but now students may be caught of bringing something that the school considered illegal to school which has no reason why it's illegal to me.
I think that even mobile phone or laptop should be allowed to bring. As a form 6 student, I find that the contents of the "textbook" are always insufficient.
Sometimes I ended giving up doing homework because of insufficient guides from the books. sometimes there are not enough details, I can always check at my home, but that makes study at school no point.
you can say "don't understand then why don't ask teacher", sometimes if we don't understand, that means we really not understand, we will not be able to understand what the teacher is saying for no matter how many times he/she repeated.
why are mobile phones banned in school FOR STUDENTS? because students will use it to SMSto their gf/bg, being not concetrated in class or cheating in exams. in this ways these mobile phone used on these purposes should be confiscated.
do you know how convenient it is if mobile phones are allowed? a teacher in class wants to call another student at another class, he/she has to send a student in this current to another class to call that student to come to his/her current class, this wastes time and energy of 2 people.
someone in a society needs to announce something urgently has to go to all classes then call out them to inform them. don't you think smses solve it all(though a bit costy)
the school does not allow phone because phones may be stolen by other students and then all blames go to school? this is the student's problems, you should take care of everything you own. it's not like you lost your phone in queensbay mall and you blame and create troubles for queensbay mall. school does not need to be responsible
over your own properties. you can report but not create problems.

I was already unhappy with the X system of the school for 5 years or more, but so far I haven't encounter problems that make me feel frustated until this happened
and you can never argue with the ones who are responsible or AKA discipline masters. even the was they speak make you feel like "are they really teachers? should this kind of things come out from a teacher's mouth?"
like "are you sure from the class R(a good class)? no I think you should be on the last class" and I experienced this myself. and you can never argue with teachers, a rule like "if you 顶嘴 with teachers, you are definitely the wrong one"
ok, now you got a chance to speak nicely to a discipline master, and you are sure you have enough point to convince him/her, at the end, he will say " this is the rule of our school, if you don't like it, switch to another school"
just like "you tak suka you keluar" without even a proper reasoning. they are tired, they are busy I'm sure, with so many students in a school, so what? they are paid to deal problems with students and the amount is quite big and they don't even have to teach.

I find that some of the rules are ridiculous, what does that file with the white, yellow and red papers do? when a student do something wrong, the teacher will write something in it until it's full, then the student will be expelled. but now, if you make sure
your hair is not long enough to break the school's rules for a few months, the thing written in that file can be erased.
so even if your file is blank, and you do something really wrong, you will still be expelled. and if your file is full, but all due to minor problems, you have a chance to stay in school.
I find this system making the teachers and students busy and at the end it serves no purposes.
at first I thought the school won't be using stupid and childish rules to restrict the sixth formers, but still they did it.

the so called "spot check" was done just right before my last paper of this exam with the prefects wearing mask and gloves scared of our "VIRUS", I was so emotionally unstable when they said they had to confiscate my decorative SIM card,
it caused me to use a lot of enegy being angry and thinking how stupid it is that the school confiscates something that can do nothing. due to this, my body lost too much enegy in a short time. I have to breath real deep to make sure the food inside me will have enough oxygen to react to generate energy or else I would faint, I could feel my hand shaking and started feeling unconscious
it took quite some time for me to recovered and greatly reduced my ability to do well in my last paper, can I sue them for this?

and from now on, no prefects can be my friends, at the time they chose to be ones, they should know the consequences.
from now on, I'll try not to interfere with the X system of the school and since my point of going to school is to study and it's only about 1 year left.

And all these things are not written by me and it may not be real. It was just a forwarded email I get from one of my msn friend.

Cannot access to microsoft website

after formatting my computer and connected to the internet, I was able to go to microsoft.com or msn.com , but after restoring drivers using double driver(recommended somewhere in software section of this forum), although the drivers work fine, but I'll never be able to gain access to microsoft website, the message is like the page cannot be displayed, The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings(using IE for now). I have tried formatting a few times today, even if I restored just 1 driver, it will cause the same problem.
