Anyone rabun here? I am not rabun, lately my son 7yo eyes keep besar kecik besar kecik. Not make the eye small like sepet one.

Then we took him to kedai spek mata test using machine they said silau 1.25. Idk want to percaya or not. Then must wear glasses. Kena scam kah. Anyway rabun dekat n jauh they said clear, tak ada.

I thought silau usually is at night one, day time is ok. So now idk if my son eyes is really problem or not. Now have to control is ipad screening liow.

Anyone got similar experience?

I am plan to take my son to see doktor mata ( but bit like over oulak ).

My agent propose me medical insurance for RM260, its a comprehensive one

1. Got hibah / life insurance for RM 50
2. Medical is RM 180
3. And waiver is RM 29

Well, annual limit is 1mil

life time limit - unlimited

R&B - 200
deductable 500

THE deductible RM 500 is so mahal yo.

worth it or not. I dont know why must have that hibah because i already have hibah one, cannot exclude also.

Sorry if the tittle misleading.

Since after Covid, sometimes i feel i should be grateful in life - grateful to have job, even though not 50k but at least still have a job and a pay.

Maybe some others still looking for a job even after a year haven't got job yet.

I feel for now, i just want to be happy in life. Don't want to climb too far too high, just stay low and be grateful.

Guys, anyone did a career break before?

I had issues at work, i feel like tendering. Recently i was in PIP but i've passed la, but the withdrawal i had serious anxiety issues because of it.

I've talked with some people, they said if you want to resign just resign la.

Plus i have no desire, i feel the place it so toxic now, my boss is not kind of leader who gave encouragement, empathy etc.

My PIP has no deliverables, its only interview sessions. I remembered one of the session, it was like to prove me like i'm wrong, like what i did was totally unacceptable, i thought the PIP is to close a gap but mine was more like proving what i lack of.

Back to question, would you do it to resign and tender and start looking for fresh start? I admit i will lose everything, years of increment probably had to start all over again.

Hi guys,

In July i had a PIP, how ever the PIP is more like interview type. There is no deliverables like in IT you have to work in piece of code, if in account probably you have to close number of accounts and ensure all the old accounts are balance or if you in sales probably you have to hit certain target or if you in HR probably you have to close 10 CV hiring in 3 months.

Does Q&A PIP is legit and valid?

Anyway i think i've passed the PIP as it last at end of August 21 and now is already October 21. However, i am no longer have desire to work there, each time there's a problem or issues at work i will get terrible anxiety, and my mind will be blank like i did something terrible. When i started my PIP, it affected my sleep at night, my appetite and i was depress for 1 month, 2nd month i am ok already.

Recently there was an issues at work, now i already think this is the reason they will terminate me.

Now i feel like tendering, my savings can survive for a year with morgage, cars etc, after i tender i will find another job lah.

Actually when i started PIP, i already apply number of job and went about 7 interviews. I apply cincai cincai sahaja lah, i think if i tender maybe i will focus seriously looking for job.

I consider my self like mid life crisis issues i think, any one had similar situation like me?
