Hello Guys,

need some help in regards of formulating a 30days plan for an Internal promotion to a manager role,

Weight loss issue

Hello Guys

Wondering if anyone can give me some advice on weight loss,

I'm currently on a weight loss journey for past 4 weeks,

I started with 124kg of body weight, (height 171cm)

My current program :

- intermittent fasting from 6pm to 8am or 9am- 14hours - 15hours (still drink plain water)
- 3x in the week hitting the gym for 1 hour 30 mins (30 mins cycling and the rest is weights )
- controlled my daily food intake to below 1500 calories (use an app called heathifyme to record my food calories
- been avoiding sugary drinks

So the issue that im facing now is that my weight have been fluctuating between 119kg -120kg since past 2 weeks, so wanted to know from the sifus here is this some kind of resistance that i am facing from my body it self?

POSITION SUMMARY:

The group plays a key role in providing presales solution design and standard price quotes of Optus Business (OB) products and services across Telco and ICT network for both new and existing customers. The group’s main contribution is in providing advice to Sales on OB products and services, guide a solution to fit customer requirements and providing a complete solution design with quotes for proposal and ordering. A Design Specialist will be an expert consultant on products, services and pre-sales processes for OB products including Telco products and solutions, Enterprise network equipment (Data, Voice, Wireless, WAN Optimizer, etc.) and Contact Centre solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Undertake site qualifications using various systems to clearly identify customers’ physical sites with identification of suitable bandwidth capabilities given requirements and cost appetite.

· Interrogate existing information and systems to determine site specific issues associated with implementing a service to end customers. This includes information on network infrastructure and qualifying all available connections (Copper/ADSL/Fiber/Ethernet).

· Provide high level design, statement of work, Bill of Materials (BoM) and quotes for Telco network services, ICT network services & contact centre solutions

· Provide solution documents and customer-facing functional compliance documentation in tender responses for ICT network solutions

· Finalise internal documentation for Telco network services ordering

· Maintain a high level of technical knowledge on OB products and solutions to offer advice to internal peers around a solution including possible alternative solutions

· Complete requests for Local Number Portability where a customer retains their phone number when changing service providers, ensuring these are actioned and fulfilled in a timely manner.

· Manage requests through a controlled workflow system across the “Quoting lifecycle”

· Effective interaction and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders (and some vendors) to ensure smooth delivery and transition of services.

· Continuous upskilling to maintain relevance in the industry and conduct cross-training and knowledge sharing within the team

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION / TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL SKILLS / NON-TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS:

· Minimum of two years working in a related ICT or telecommunications role, supporting voice and data network design & network/service provisioning activities.

· CCNA or any equivalent IT network certifications (good to have)

· Excellent understanding of corporate enterprise network architecture.

· Ability to interpret drawings, infrastructure maps and correlate this information to existing deployed systems.

· Intermediate level in MS Excel (or MS Access): able to demonstrate formula writing, pivoting and manipulating large data sets with a high degree of accuracy.

· Well-honed multitasking and prioritisation skills.

· Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills

· Strong customer orientation and ability to build key relationships with customers and stakeholders.
