Cannot Open Download File

Hello,

Can somebody tell me.
I cannot open files that I download.

Normally after you download files exp attachment or anything, one dialog box to click "open" or "save" appear. But when you click it, nothing happen. The file that you download cannot be open.

So, the problem is I cannot open any files that I download....No matter any files, cannot be open.

How to solve the problem?
Last time I can open any files after download, but now cannot open anything after download.

SOmebody has 200 AP but dont have quota to get the AP out.
They said must thro company which has the quota than only can get the AP out....

The problem now they have to find the exclusive company.....
