bought a stainless steel staircase rail with glass in one of the fair.
Today they come and install. After installation, the cap which cover the ground is loose.
They said is like that 1 worr.
Can someone share some insight?

Any one can share what to use to wash away all the stubborn stain from the tiles?
I tried mop, then detergent, i can still see whitish color on my brown tiles.
