USB Mic have static sound

I have this Blue Snowball mic for roughly 2 years now. During the early years it seemed to work flawlessly. But now it will have static noise when I use it. I believe it could be the static build up from the computer. My PC specs is in my signature. I have tried reinstalling audio driver, switching to different USB ports(front/back), it worked a while then will resume picking up static noises. I have tried on a macbook has no static so I can confirm its not the mic problem.

I am thinking should I
1. Upgrade and get a better motherboard that can isolate static noise(special audio section) or are they just marketing gimmick? Might as well do a system upgrade to Ryzen 2/ Intel Coffee lake?
2. Get an external DAC that supports USB MIC? Does this even help?
3. A soundcard like Asus Sonar?

This problem has been troubling me when I want to game and communicate with friends. Please help.

Hi there, I bought this rig at the beginning of April, all the parts is hand picked by myself but built by Idealtech. Rig spec is at the siggy below. First of all when I launch a game for example Diablo 3, the starting FPS will be around 20, after a good 1-2 minutes later then the FPS will go up to 60(optimum) and never drop back again until I close the game. This applies to Need For Speed Most Wanted 2012, Dota 2 and others. the games are all original, maxed out on graphic settings and no mods. What I am looking is either the Power Supply or RAM, not sure about SSD. I play Blu-Ray 1080p movies with no issues, CPU and graphic temp seems normal at around 60 C on load and 37c on idle. Any suggestions?

I can access other websites with no problem using IE 8 & Firefox 14.
Company's pcs are using Win XP Home/Pro and have Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 installed.
I'm using the company's wifi, my laptop is Windows 7 Home Premium w/ MSE installed.
What exactly is the problem here?

Side note: I'm the owner of the company.

I want to know if anyone can access Matrade or is it just my network. Currently I can't access this Matrade website via my company's network.

Some details about my company's network equipments:

ISP: Streamyx
Modem: TM default Billion Modem Router
Router: TP Link Wireless Router TL-WR941ND
Switch: TP Link TL-SF 1016D
