Hi all,
Recently I've bought my SE P990i. It comes with simplified chinese version. But after i upgrade the firmware to the newest version available at www.sonyericsson.com/support, my firmware become CDA 162007/2 R6E28 and it no longer support chinese language. If i'm not mistaken, my previous CDA is 162017/8 R1A08 and it's a double CDA version. Seeking for help of getting back my older version of firmware or any other chinese language supported firmware. THX~~~

Hi all,

I have some problems on port forwarding my wireless router WL830RT4.
My BT download run at a rate of tortoise. My broadband bandwith is 1M, n my BT is running at the speed of 20k. It is much more faster as i port forward my old DLink modem, the speed usually run at 70k o onwards.
[attachmentid=246181].
For me, my port is 10130, IP is 192.168.1.100. I set the protocol to ALL rather than TCP or UDP, status to ENABLE. The last item namely "Common Service Port", i'm not quite sure wat should i choose, there are all together 10 options, including
1)DNS
2)FTP
3)GOPHER
4)HTTP
5)NNTP
6)POP3
7)PPTP
8)SMTP
9)SOCK
10)TELNET
N 1more thing i found weird is tht when i change the common service port to for eg. DNS, my port'll automatically changed to 53. when changing to FTP, my port will become 21. The question is which service port should i choose n wat is the reason behind??
Thx in advanced~~~ ^^

Hi there,

I've jz signed up my streamyx 1mb package with free modem (build in router). I've bought myself an Aztech wireless 4ports router (WL830RT4, w/o build in modem). The modem works perfect well while directly connected to my computer. The problem occured when i connect the modem to the wireless router and to my computer. My computer can only access to the router but not the modem. N definitely no internet connection to my computer.

From the tm technician, i need to disable the DHCP on my router in order to avoid conflict with the modem. I've also tried the other way round (disabling the DHCP of the modem).

Is there any other thing i need 2configure or set?? Thanks 1st~~~ ^^

yaw_hawk
