Hi guys,

I just need a place to rant but I'm not sure if this is the right channel to do so.

I known an acquaintance where he assisted me on "investment" which lead me to cash strap of ~100k in the account.

I cannot withdraw it without continuing the "game" which I believe is an online "betting" which he never being honest with me ..

The only way to re-draw the funds is to dump in another ~100k and play to win back to "break-even", maybe an additional 1% "extra"

I'm in catch 22 situation, if I do continue how I get the fund but if I don't the money is in the account sitting ..

I hope I can get a solution on this matter ..

Currently I'm working in Financial Industry and my job scope is related to tax and IT system.

As we all know the change in govt. also means change in certain legislation which the notable one will be the GST / SST.

All of my working hours dedicated to my job in doing the system enhancement and liaising with all stakeholders and consultants to ensure everything in order in term of business framework and business rules.

At this moment, I only left with 2 ACCA optional paper and at the same time I sign up for Msc Professional Accountancy. Both require time and dedication in order to complete but I don't feel to complete although there is a deadline to complete especially ACCA ( I think 2 more years ).

I do attend pat-time class and most of the time is being alone because non of my colleague is working and study part-time.

Currently life is good to me. I can't complaint much but my concerned is to complete my prof. cert. soonest possible

Is there anyone in the same dilemma with me ?

I have working experience of 1.5 yrs to be exact : 1 yr of audit and 6 mths of commercial job

I have taken a half year break and decided to go back to work because I do not know what to do to kill time.

Just graduate 2 years ago and currently do not know what to choose between a job vs pay

Example :

My previous job in commercial pay is X amount

The new job ( audit field ) that I got is X-40% compare to previous job

Which should I choose ?

My dilemma :

Audit pay is always lower than commercial and the reason I plan to go back audit after a long break because it always keep me thinking and also the implementation of GST soon which I assume I will gain lot of knowledge besides audit.

AS for the commercial, the pay is much more higher as one can see from the example above but the job is routine, and hardly challenging compared to audit field.

Sometimes I feel that I'm stupid because of doing routine job and does not require any intellectual thinking.

Confuse Sexuality

Let me get this straight, I'm not trying to create controversial or any awkward situations but trying to understand or to instill a different perspective.

How can one ensure that the relationship they have now is the right one for them ?
What if, one of the party is PLU and how different will it make in the relationship?

We all always hear about gender equality, human rights, etc etc but when it come to sensitive issue such as sexuality of one man prefer, non is tolerable.

Take for example of Kelly Clarkson song - people like us that have been recently released, it shows a strong message that all human have just the same rights to live and be love no matter who and what we are.

I'm a guy and currently confuse of who I am and what I want to be, but have a vision that I planted in mind no matter what, I want a world to know that everyone have their rights no matter right or wrong as long as we know both side of the story.

What say you ?

My name is Justin. I am very new to computer world and would like to build a desktop on my own and planned to get a laptop too.

My first desktop was 13 years ago which was assemble by dad which cost RM7k. Since this is my 1st self paid computer, I planned not to go so extreme as I hardly use it except during my free time. Thus, I think my budget should be around 3k to 5k for gaming and working purpose exclude monitor since I already have one.

I am not an extreme gammer, and I really have no idea what to suggest. I am clueless about computer which i hope I can get some opinion / suggestion from experts or anyone with computer knowledge.
