So I've dated and been together with this girl for 6 Years.. Yes we started really young when I'm 15 in high school.. She's one year younger than me btw.

For the all these years, everything been going well.. We argue sometimes but nothing really serious and she never played the "come let's break up, then got back together x 1000" game before. She's not that smart but she got a really good heart and really understanding. Even though sometimes she likes to rant and rant about how rich her other college mates are and how she love expensive stuff, she always help me save money and share the paying of bills when I'm in a tight spot. She also not the clingy type and give me lots of room cause she know work alot and she just spend time with her family only and not that much with her friends also *even though I try to encourage her*.

I'm working internship now, and doing 2 side jobs to raise enough capital to plan for future investment and maybe try to get the downpayment for a house in the future so that IF we get married, we don't have to suffer and I don't want to start planning in the future. Also I don't want to rely on my parents because there is alot of complication when parents play a role in buying your house. So far manage to save up RM20,000 at the expense of some part of my social life with friends and my own wants. I don't spend much on myself.

My issue now is that, I've reached this wall in life where I start to question myself is it worth it? I'm not saying that I'm unsatisfied about my girlfriend. Saying so just show how ungrateful I am. I'm actually very pleased to have met her and have her in my life. But I just wonder whether all the older guys here who are married or engage in really long term relationship, had you ever in any point of your life, doubted awhile on whether what you doing is worth it or feel that you are missing out on your youth?? I just want some advice before I take on this long commitment.

p/s I'm not looking for advice to how to dump her, I just want some advice on how to clear this doubt that appear in me. I hope this is normal >.<!

Qualification Decisions, Audit or?

I'm not here for spoon feeding information, merely just wanted some advice or people who can share some insight if you ever faced this problem.

Currently, I'm a Year 3 uni student, interning in the companies registra under account monitoring/liquidation department. I wanted to enter into advisory line after i graduate from my year 3 studies. But do you think I should just grind it out 3 years in audit for big4 or mid tier audit firm ie: GT, CH? or should I attempt to apply for fresh grad position straight in advisory line? or is there any better alternative?

I know its hard and nearly impossible for fresh grad to get into advisory line without any work experience.

If all goes well, I have a degree in accounting/finance end of this year. I also have a diploma in international arbitration and is an affiliate in the malaysian institute of arbitration. ( i took a fast course from BAC when I'm still studying for degree ).

What are my chances?

I would say my local uni is okay-ish in terms of reputation, but my degree is UK degree.

I also have the intention to complete ACCA if necessary since my degree give me exemption to all F-level papers. I heard completing ACCA "sort of" secure you some decent job position, don't know if its true.

Also, my career aspiration would probably fall toward areas like corporate restructuring/recovery.
