I've just checked myeg and realised that I've a speeding fine (3 weeks ago) but no notice had been sent to me yet.
There is no discount (at max rate of RM$300), should I wait for the notice to be sent to me or should I pay now?

I'm not sure about the new scheme, the discount period is counted from the day I receive the letter
or is it from the day the offense is committed?
Some notices can be sent a year or more after the offense had been committed.

CPU temp sensor spoilt

I've just bought and assembled my pc 2 days ago and I think my CPU's temp sensor is spoilt.
Both HW Monitor & the utility given by the MB shows that my CPU's temp ~ 30 - 34°C each core when idle

My list of hardware :
E8400 (C0) not OCed
MSI P45 Platinum
CoolerMaster V8 cpu cooler ( @850 rpm )

Is it the C0 stepping for E8x00 series temp sensor prone to such problems?
Can I go back to change my processor?

Which shop in LYP sell Zalman Fans?
