Tenant's agent contacted me

Hi all, hope to get some help here.

I was contacted by a property agent that his client wants to rent my condo.
I didn't put up any advertisement for rent, the agent just blasted out random sms.
This agent was appointed by the tenant (not by me) to help him look for a place to rent.

I was told by the agent that i'll have to pay him a commission equivalent to 1 month's rental if the deal goes through.
My question is, since the agent is appointed by the tenant and not by me, should the commission be paid by the tenant or me ?

Defect SonyEricsson W580i

Hi guys, js wanna ask if anybody knows any reliable personel to check / service a defect SE phone ?

My gf bought a SE W580i last Sept., the phone is giving lots of problem despite being fixed by the service centre in Amcorp mall last month.. In fact things got worse !
Now, she's having a camera that shoots blank, a screen tat has very distorted display, a microphone which often doesn't detect sound, n the phone often fails to make / receive calls

With so much defect, i think she even qualify for a one-to-one exchange is tat even possible ? >.<
Can someone recommend a solution ?
