Used for 2 seasons, about 10 days of on snow use in total.

This is the 2015/2016 season model of the boot. Very lightweight, comfortable with soft-borderline medium stiffness. Good for beginners to intermediate riders, far better than rental boots (as long as the size fits you).

I would recommend this boot for people with shoe sizes of UK10.5 and up.

These are the ReFlex versions of the Burton Cartels that are compatible with 4x4 and ICS snowboards.

This is the 2015/2016 model. I would recommend only using this if your boots are a size US 10.5 and up.

This is the 2015 model. Bought from BananaFingers UK at £60.

Sizing : US11.5 / UK10.5 / EUR45 / 295MM

Shoe is slightly on the large side though it is quite an aggressive shoe, would only recommend it for people with larger feet (maybe if your regular shoe size is ~UK10.5 or 11)

PC no display

Hi,

Been having some issues with my PC for a while. I highly suspect it is because of the electrical socket it is connected to.
Somehow I feel that the socket isn't providing enough power to my PC hence it tends to hang/screen blackout after long use.
To reset the situation usually I'd turn off, unplug, replug and turn on the PSU cable again. The PC will work fine after that for a period of time and the whole cycle repeats again.
Is there a way to boost or sort of regulate the power coming into the PC from the socket? Like a power conditioner or something I can purchase to use?

Or I should just get an electrician to change the power sockets to newer ones..?

External hard disk problem

Hey guys,

I got a problem with my external hard disk.
It can't be detected at all by my computer or any others.
However, if i plug it into my macbook, strangely it works.
But, the drive is only readable... I can't write into the drive(transfer files/format/etc)

Anyone could help me out?

sound from engine

hey guys,

just wanted to ask about sounds coming from the engine.
whenever i push the car to higher rpms, a sorta sound starts coming from the engine. kinda like tiny pebbles moving around in the engine bay..
the car is perfectly quiet all the way up to 4k rpm, after that the sound starts getting more noticeable.
im driving a myvi 1.3 manual, 8 months old, just went for 10k service.

any ideas on what might be causing this sound?

anybody know how to solve this problem?

I have tried downloading some updaters from microsoft.com after reading some stuff from google about other people having the same problem but.. doesn't seem to be working..

I am using vista home premium 32bit.

Hey guys, I have a question regarding hard disks..

Say I have one hard disk installed now.
And I want to get install a new one so that I now have two hard disks.

Also, I want to install the OS into the new hard disk.

Is this possible?
Do I need to reformat the old hard disk? or can I just leave the window files there?

Booting up taking a very long time..

Hey,

Recently, my computer has been taking a very very long time to boot up.
I don't mean loading into windows.
I mean after showing the desktop, the whole computer will be loading for about 10 minutes, I have no idea why..
In this 10 minutes, if you open any program or even the explorer, they will only run after the 10 minutes of loading is done..

I have tried getting rid of nonsense programs and even scanned by computer for viruses a few times already. Nothing is working..

Anyone got advices and solutions?

Hey, I was wondering what is the difference between these two boards..

P55-US3L
P55-UD3L

The only thing I can see the certain capacitors on the motherboard is different for the UD3L, higher quality caps?

also, whats the difference between the P55 chipset and H55 chipset?

edit- okay difference between p55 and h55, h55 has support for integrated graphics within the procs.. I think.. correct me if I am wrong.

Hey guys,

I was wondering whether anyone would like to comment on a build for a friend's rig.
He has a budget of 2.5k for the computer only and around 500 for a monitor.
The computer is for light-medium gaming. FIFA/PES/DOTA

Processor - I am thinking of an i3 because I don't think he would need the extra cores for apps.
Motherboard - not too sure, but definitely wouldn't need dual pcie lanes for xfire. prefer gigabyte..
RAM - should be ddr3, kingston?
Graphic card - Not sure if it is possible to squeeze a 5850 into his budget or maybe a 5770 or 5750
PSU - I'm thinking of the silverstone strider 500 since I am using it and I like it's performance
HDD - samsung?
DVD drive - LG? or Pioneer?
Casing - Not too sure, if possible wouldn't want cm690, but definitely a mid-tower casing
Monitor - Samsung? around 19 inch.. he doesn't want it too big..

I'm open for suggestions for different brands as well..
The accessories can come later..
Anyone can comment?

clutch not smooth

Hi,

recently, my car's clutch pedal has become not smooth when applying pressure to it.
it feels as tho it in need of lubrication or something.
I don't really know how to explain it but it's just as smooth anymore when I press the clutch, like some kind of squeaking coming from the pedal..
I was wondering whether this is a minor problem or what..?

anyway, the car is fine but my left legs just feels annoyed..

Hey guys, I was wondering whether any of you know how to help me out on this.

I wanna record some stuff using my camera attached to my mac.
The problem is I don't have speakers. So, I can't record myself jamming towards a track.
How do you guys record yourselves without sacrificing the sound quality of the backing track? I have seen some people doing this before, the backing track quality was amazing..

I don't know whether it is a plus if its a mac, I've heard some people using garageband.. I've personally never tried/also don't know how to use..

So any know care to share their knowledge?

Previously I have not used any proper mouse pad.
I've been using my mouse on a plain table surface.
It seems as though the teflon feet on the mouse are like starting to go bald..

Is there much difference when i use a mousepad?

Hello guys,

Not sure if you remember me but, about a month or two ago, my microcube adapter died.
So I have been using batteries for now.

The amp was fine for a long time until recently.

This is the new problem.
Strangely it only happens when the 6th string is used(when picked hard) between the 5th-15th frets.
Whenever I pick a note between those frets on the 6th string, the sound from the amp will become like this.

Pick the Note>*Sound of Note appears*>Pop Sound>2 seconds of no sound>Pop Sound>*sound of note reappears*

the silence gets worse whenever you pick harder, vibrato the note..

Now, heres the funny thing, if I switch the pickup selector to bridge pickup, it happens only on distortion. clean got no problem.
But, if I use the neck or bridge+neck, clean/distortion also got this problem.

Is it the amp's battery dying or something?
