Slow download speed Maxis 4G LTE

Dear Maxis,

I am using Xiaomi Mi4i with LTE. I use to get up to 3.7mbps while downloading apps from Playstore, min download speed around 1.5mbps. Recently my download speed is less than 100kbps while downloading / updating apps from Playstore. My data limit is 5GB/mth and i never exceed usage. My location will be Jalan Permatang Damar Laut and Jalan Delima, Penang Island. Please look into this issue.

p/s: no changes in settings whatsoever, speed just drop

i've come across a developer in Penang having a launching from 12 Dec 2009 to 23 Dec 2009.

Project site at Paya Terubong and Sungai Ara.

The developer have a new condominium price around RM450k onwards for 2000sf unit. It's cheaper compare to a project by SP Setia - Reflection.

any comment?
