As per title. Where to get cheaper dumbbells? Asked at subang parade fitness shop and they quoted me Rm199 for a set of 10kgs.

Anywhere else i can get it cheaper? Whats the difference between the solid and adjustable dumbbells?

P/S. Where to get kettler 5kg dumbbell too? cause i have 1 at home and i need another one to make it a set.

Ok first of all i'm doing this because someone is sexually harassing my friend on her chatbox in her blog. Is it possible to trace his ip from the chatbox and trace his location? (she's using shoutmix)

i've read that i will need to have a police report and get the isp to trace the address. i just wanna make sure.

A relative of mine, he's already 3 years old and 8 months, he still can't seem to speak. He can only say some simple words.
Is there anything wrong? Had brought him to check his hearing with a doctor and the doctor say theres nothing wrong with his hearing ability.

What could still be the possibility and any ways to make him speak?

Dog's Nose Depigmentation

One of my friend's miniature pinscher nose turns from black to pink few months ago. It's been around 3 months but the situation is still the same. Had brought him to check with the vet, the vet says that it's the blood problem and advised the dog to go on steroids.

Is it because of aging? illness? trauma?

Anyone out there had the same problem? Mind to share what you guys do to solve this?

i'm asking this on behalf of my friend. he sent a application form to tarc 2 weeks ago. but tarc haven't send any offer letter or whatsoever letter back to him. but yesterday he received a book thingy from tarc with those courses thingy inside.

and if i'm not wrong may is the last intake right? so do he counted as registered already?
