I'm planning to take my partner for a check up and physiotherapy treatment concerning lower-back area but unsure which hospital / physiotherapy treatment center that is good to go for.

Would highly appreciate if anyone of you could suggest a good walk-in physiotherapy treatment center in KL which can also accept payment by cash, not necessarily just by insurance / corporate GL or clinic referral.

I currently have issue with my phone because of charging port issue and planning to switch to a new phone which uses wireless charging instead of using cable. Currently contemplating to either purchase the recently launched iPhone SE or other Android phone in the market which has the same capability.

Executive to Manager

Dear LYNers,

I would like to seek for logical opinions if possible from anyone of you here. Am currently a Junior Executive at a local Bank, with a term nearing to 2 years by December 2019. But I have started exploring out already due to various internal reasons.

During the period of "spamming" applications to various local and foreign banks, I got called to attend an interview with a foreign Bank this coming Wednesday for a working field which I am comfortable with, but not for the rank (yet).

Upon checking applications submitted to this particular foreign Bank, I actually somewhat "spammed" the Bank to try luck of being called up with 6 applications of which 4 of those are for Junior/Senior Executive roles, 1 for Manager and 1 for VP (which I do realise that I am way under-qualified for the Manager and VP ranks, but simply "spammed" because of the working field I am interested in).

(Un)fortunately, the interview that I got called for on this coming Wednesday is for the Manager position , which took me by surprise that they still want to waste time meeting me even after wasting time in a quick 15-mins phone call interview during the call I received from them.

Therefore, I would like to know further:
1) If there really could be lucks (which obviously dumb lucks) - does it makes any sense for a Junior Executive to jump to a Manager role?
2) When they wasted time interviewing me over the phone, and still considering to waste time for a face-to-face interview with me - is it really because they somewhat sensed something positive about me , or could be just a trap to make fun of me ?

I purposely mentioning "wasting time" because it's hard for me to connect-the-dots of common sense why they did all these, instead of just straight away kick out my profile from the system and move on ahead with better candidates
