Where to find reliable real Estate Agent?

Hi all,

My father is ready to sell a rubber estate at jalan pelangai near bentong, around 12 acres.
The problem is we found out there are too many properties agent in iproperty/realestate2u website,
so is hard to us to filter out which agents are cover that area as we try call some property company they say not covering.
Do everyone know any idea to look after the agent who handling deeper area?
Besides i am also welcome agent who covered that area approach me as well.

.NET Programmer question

Recently i have deal with one company as software developer,
I apply because the description stating .NET framework with language ASP.NET/.NET ,etc.
But after clarify more they say the company is using Microsoft CRM 2011,
i go through some brief search from internet and youtube,
it seem like not much information about the development using this tools.
As i didn't really touch up any .NET framework since graduate from Uni(using visual studio) 2 years ago,

any experience .NET programmer can advise :
Is it just difference of framework??
the prospect of going to this path?

Window not installed properly?

i bought a com last 6 months. 1 day the com suddenly occur this error
'Reboot and select proper disk device, please insert boot media in selected boot device'
i edi set priority boot into hardisk in bios setup, even open the casing n replug the hardisk wire.
n format it several times but it cant be solve.
i went back to computer shop and ask for help. they say is window not installed properly and want charges for $$ for installation.
but i was reinstall the window several times.
can anyone help me to solve this problem?
currently using original window vista business edition.

i turn my computer in sleep mode
after that i cannot resumes back to operations..
even i click power button or restart it...
izzit computer problem or vista?
mine is newly bought computer...
