I was introduced to this forum by a friend a few months back but never posted anething.  &lt;!--emo&amp;:P--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am looking to get into the cutting phase . &lt;br /&gt;My stats : &lt;br /&gt;height  : 181 cm&lt;br /&gt;weight : 79 kg&lt;br /&gt;bmi : around 24.1 %&lt;br /&gt;bodyfat : 18.1 %&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;my target : &lt;br /&gt;basically to reduce bodyfat to below 10 %.&lt;br /&gt;after cutting phase, I will get into bulking phase.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I would like to know how much of cardio I need?&lt;br /&gt;Plus, do i need whey protein in this phase?</description>
