We COD some where in Dec(if I remember correctly) for some hand made stuffs. But bck then, there&#39;s some of the item need to be gloss, therefore a couple of xtra days are required, n we r supposed to meet up or pos a few days later. When I smsed there&#39;s no reply, few weeks down d road, I got 2 smsed from D buyer, 1st one I got of when I was oversea, n I reply him. Then, I received d second SMS few weeks later. I think I didn&#39;t reply him, i was bz travelling n some work issues. I admit tat it&#39;s my mistake for not replying it. Finally I saw his message in my thread somewhere during Chinese New year, tat he couldn&#39;t reach me. I apologize n told him tat I&#39;m in Australia n will only be bck sometime next mtg. <br /><br />So I ask whether she want refund or wait for me to come bck... He say he want d item n he&#39;ll wait till end if deb, then I suggest tat he tell me wat r d item I owe him, so tat I can my supplier to redo n sent it to him, so he can get faster cos he say the gf is mumbling everyday. <br /><br />Now he feel tat I dun care bout this transaction cos I dun remember way item I owe him. I hv offer him refund today if he can&#39;t wait, but meanwhile is refund d best way to resolve it or is there any other better way, so tat there&#39;s no hard feeling btwn both party?
