Making formal complain to NCCC

Hi everyone,

I am very sure everyone has been experiencing the so called 'cable down' problem by Streamyx
and due to that we cant really go to sites from US, EU, SG, HK,.....(God knows where else). That's
pretty much the whole world. This problem as I know has been persisting since Dec 08. Every month
there will be a new case. As far as I know, Dec 08, Jan 09, Feb 09, Mar 09 and now April 09.
At the same time it's not like TM is giving us a monthly discount due to this problem.

I lodged an official complain to NCCC (http://www.nccc.org.my/). At the very least we voice out our
dissatisfaction formally. Please log in to lodge an official complain against Streamyx. I've pretty much had
it with their cable problems.
