Custom made Open Wardrobe?

Hi there, I just moved house and it is a 450 square feet small studio - empty. Because of it's small built up, I wanted to go minimalist and I dont really like conventional wardrobe where are closed door wardrobe.
It's a rent unit, thats why i cant really install a system, however this pop out when I was surfing taobao:

I really like its design, however they dont ship to Malaysia. According to the seller, they don't do assembly type of furniture because afraid this will affect the quality build.

So anyone know where can I custom made this kind of design wardrobe? I have no idea about the measurements and cost, and it is open for discussion with the contractor.. or if anyone has better idea about similar kind of open wardrobe where I can get in-stock? Ikea is out.

Hi all sifus,

This is my very first thread here. Allow me to introduce myself. I am penangnites and recently got an offer and move to kl.
My job nature required me to travel at least two weeks per month, and the rest two weeks are based in Malaysia. We don't have office here, which means I am home based.

Because home based, I have a lot flexibility to relocate wherever I want. I need suggestion from you guys that familiar with selangor area to recommend me place to stayCurrently am eyeing on Soho studio /studio units.

Requirement :
As cheap as possible (please advise the average rental price when suggest)
Good view(city view and green view)
Expat area

Currently I am considering Empire Damansara Soho 2 studio which cost me around 1.5k/month. It looks like like a decent place with expat there.. And the view is quite nice too.
I would like to hear your comments to this area and unit..

Or if you have any suggestion I will openly welcome it.. Thank you

Hi Folks, I got an offer from a Switzerland company that having their SEA headquarter based in Singapore. The wage will be in SGD currency (they ask for expected salary I request for the same pay of my current company but in SGD currency. I receiving wage in MYR.)
They’re not sure which one is a better option, to let me based in Singapore but travel to Malaysia frequent, or to let me based in Malaysia because I take care of the market here.
If based in Singapore – they have to pay levy
If based in Malaysia – they have concern about the tax issue. Should I declare the tax to Singapore or MYR? From the company standpoint, which one is a better option?
Appreciate if experienced person can help to clarify of this case. Thank you

so I went for a car hunting last week
saw a Saga BLM white 2010,in very good condition ,price offered was 21 k the best
the only things that hold me back is the 160k millage within 2 years,it means the owner must be very heavy traveller

is there any problem that owning a high millage cars?

Hi all
I just started working recently,previously was driving Kancil ex 660 but my working requires my to travel a lots daily
so can people recommend me some low budget used car ?

current situation
-Daily travel around 180 KM
-most of the time will be travel on highway,travel from Penang to SP industry area daily
-full reimburse petrol but don't want to burden company expenses also
-2600 car maintenance fees (company benefits ) to utilize per year

requirement-
-2nd hand car with monthly installment around 300-400 (never go beyond 400 ),5-7 years
-low fuel consumption's
-low maintenance
-bigger space for fetching peoples (<<i am a big size guy,suffering to squeeze in Kancil small seats )
-not a speed lover,drive betwen 80-100 mph

currently are looking for myvi and proton BLM (both used units) but after reading some review on forums
both have different party supports and different reviews which makes me confused .

hi I am spm graduate and undergoing part-time degree
23 this year
had started work 2 months ,this month will be my end of probation
so I am working as a marketing executive,(sales man ) to supply industrial lubricants to manufacturing industry
My company is a japanese based company( idemitsu ) ,principle company(not 3rd party that doing traidng) , run under local chinese management,exclude my japanese director.
Its a small company that don't even exceed 40 staffs

pay wise
i am getting 2.2k for my probation , full petrol toll reimburse and yes,no commission
3 months contractual bonus + performance bonus

so the reason that i open the thread is i am kinda confuse bout my future
what is the career advancement to be lubricant supplier ? what can i do after few years after i graduate from my degree?
is that any good prospect staying in a small company ? though the parent company - Idemitsu Kosan is kinda big in japan
