Streamyx PPP LED cannot ON

Hi,

I m here to seek help as my pc cannot establish the auto-connection (manual connection OK). I cant setup the modem either when i enter 192.168.1.1 (last time can)
Below is my modem particulars:

Modem Brand: Billion ADSL/Router
Windows OS: Vista Ultimate

What might happen to my pc, n how i going to re-establish the auto-connection since the PPP LED is off. Can i solve this myself or need TM to solve this problem for me. What to do to make the PPP LED appear again.
Actually the TM customer technical support have asked me to take off the splitter, off the modem, even they have restart the line from the centre. All seem useless.

PLS HELP ME ALL EXPERTS!!!

I have been suffering for the disconnection of tm streamyx for more than 1 week already. I have called 1300-88-9515 to seek for help, and also made a report. The technician did come after 2 days..but he went back bcoz i m not around (though my parent are there). He just left a message and asked me to make another appointment with him. So, i just made appointment with him but he din't show up either. I was very angry and called him, but he was not very happy oso (what kind of this service)!!! Then he gav me another technician hp no and said he will help u. So i called the 2nd technician, n the 2nd technician asked me to call the 3rd technician..all of calls keeped directed into voice messages.. some more they use 013..0.25 cents per msg. i called more than 25-30 times d.

new ram cant run in dual channel

i just brought a new kingston ram 512MB. but when i plugged it into dual channel memory slot. my pc cant run in dual channel mode though both my new n old ram have same memory module size and memory timing. i have tried to get inside BIOS n c if i cant change the setting there..but there did not show any setting on this. izzit this problem due to the different chipset? any recommendation?

Can i know how to setup a streamyx....or i just hav to connect the modem n wayer to my pc, then everything is ok dy? do i need to do stg else?
Btw, if i got an streamyx account at kl...can i use it at penang for the same account?
