How to file tax relief for compensation due to..

Hope /k can help me.. I've tried calling LHDN hotline, but so hard to get through.

How do I file tax relief for retrenchment in the e-filing? As there is no column to put it. The total compensation is not over 10k/year.. So not taxable, from what I read. Do I just deduct the compensation amount from the total in my EA Form and put the value in Penggajian Aggregat in e-BE? If not, how?

Also, I received EIS money from PERKESO, and need to file that too. Where should I add that?

Shopee Dispute Advise

Please advise... I entered a dispute with China seller on Shopee, they ask my bank account for refund and duwan go through Shopee... Said if I gib bank account no need return the item, faster, but if go through Shopee need to return item... I lost what to do cuz I know Shopee also got immediate refund without returning... Or is it becuz they already entered dispute now only choice is by bank account or how? I read Shopee always side with seller, sked I'll lose the dispute... Money not much but sadding la. Sound a bit scammy they ask for bank account, dunno want to entertain or how.
