What if I don't pay the TM bills?

Hello everyone,

I am a non-Malaysian citizen and I'm stock with a situation about Unify contracts... I would appreciate to hear your suggestions.

I recently moved out from my last house which in I had a 24-month contract with Unify. My new house's last tenant also has Unify and he is leaving Malaysia and is unable to end his 24-month contract with Unify.
As you may know, Unify charges RM300 for change of location and RM600 for early cancellation of contract while transferring the contract to other person is NOT ALLOWED.

Now I have a few choices...

I can pay RM300 to change my location which is not fair because Unify equipments are already installed in that new house!
In this case the old tenant of the house would have to pay RM600 to cancel his own contract and I gotta pay RM300 while i have to wait around 2 weeks for the processing. In this time I gotta pay for the usual monthly fees as well.

However, the old tenant is not willing to pay the RM600 and therefore I can't transfer my Unify to here! I gotta request for terminating his contract first and then get my own Unify! Will be a long nightmare... Up to one month waiting, several phone calls or going to TM point and wasting time in the queue! And this one month or more i have to pay my usual Unify bill without using it!

The best choice for me is that I leave my old house and don't continue to pay for the bills. Instead, I continue to pay for the old-tenant's Unify in my new house.

Now my question is, can TM do anything if i don't pay the bills? Is it possible that I return the equipment and they just stop charging me for every month? Or it's better if I pay at least 450 and don't have internet for a month?

thanks in advance.
