Some advice required. I need to send my mum to Institut Jantung Negara for an appointment at 8am tomorrow. Will be travelling from the South through Sg. Besi toll and Jalan Tun Razak (maybe take SMART Tunnel, depending on traffic). Plan to arrive at IJN about 7.30am. Will the traffic along the way be jammed up badly before 7.30am? Appreciate your input, especially those who drive to work on that route everyday. Thanks!

Maps Favorites Wouldn't Load

I have a lot of locations saved under my favorites in Here Maps. After updating Maps to the latest version few days ago, I cannot open my favorites anymore from Maps.. It will close by itself and return to start screen. No problem opening favorites from Drive+ though. Restart or soft reset doesn't help. Anyone facing the same issue?

Wanna insert POI or make corrections to HERE Maps?

I was browsing the Support section of Here Drive+ and found this link for us to report/correct the maps or insert new POIs. If there are more users contributing, it will improve the navigation experience in the long run for all users.
Of course, all suggestions and reports would have to be approved by them before being implemented in future updates.

When Portico Update Comes to Malaysia...

I am an existing Celcom Postpaid user and got my Lumia separately. I had a warranty claim at Nokia Care recently and my original Malaysian motherboard was replaced with a UK motherboard (verified from Settings > extras+info).

Some forumers here said Portico update will arrive in Malaysia in March. When that happens, what does the update need to detect from my phone in order to work? Does it detect my Malaysian Celcom SIM-card, or my location in Malaysia, or the Malaysian motherboard (which I don't have now)?

Microphone of Lumia 820 not clear during calls

I am using a Nokia Lumia 820 with a flip casing like this:

During calls, people complain that they could not hear me clearly. Words are broken intermittently. If I switch to loudspeaker -> no problem, they can hear me very clearly. Video recording is also fine -> sound is normal. I have confirmed that the microphone is not blocked by the casing (I don't use any screen protector yet). I have done a hard reset, but the problem persists.

When I remove the flip casing, there's a marked improvement in clarity and words are not broken anymore. Could there be another mic somewhere (which I cannot see physically) or the Lumia noise reduction feature is too sensitive that it has to be used without any casing?

Anybody else facing this problem?
