Why there is no more shuttle bus service from...

I bought a bus ticket back from Hentian Duta to Alor Star on the 18th of Sept.

But very surprise that this year there is no shuttle bus service offer by RapidKL to go to Hentian Duta from puduraya.
Instead RapidKL offers shuttle bus service to Bukit Jalil.
I don't understand what for, because you can easily take star Plaza Rakyat Star LRT to Bukit Jalil.

Before reaching Puduraya, I even called RapidKL customer service and the person said yes available, as per normal during every festive season.
And even when I reached Hentian Duta, there is this big banner hanging stating shuttle bus service from Puduraya to Hentian Duta and vice versa.

What the hell is going on???

Heard that near UPM seri serdang got a few shops but anyone knows whether any shop can do it in one day and is open on Sunday?
I will be grateful if you provide the shop name or contact person.

I'm using samsung g400. The phone comes with a cd with Samsung PC Studio installer.
can anyone tell me whether this PC Studio will allow you to transfer the sms from your phone to the computer???
I tried many times but failed to even view the messages.
