Come to think of it, instead of remove/reduce subsidy, why not Gomen relook into these area :

1 - New car road tax system not based on CC anymore.
current system :
A 350k E200 1.4 twin scroll turbo roadtax RM60

A Mini clubman 1.2L Turbo Roadtax RM30
Car price 700k

A 55k Myvi 1.5 roadtax RM90

BMW 318i 375k car price.. same roadtax as your RM70k ketam civic

a) can generate money

Age 37. I bought a property in Elmina on 2016 and Setia Alam on 2021
I am planning on my 3rd property now
I am thinking of kwasa damansara
I am not sure when they are starting development
I can take this time to develop my downpayment too wit the delay
Any other suggestions on where else i could see potential?
Budget would be less than a million
I am interested in landed only for capital appreciation

In my dream, There were 2 tortoise which is my siblings were first working wit me. Then for some unknown reason they had to work in china

And me ended up in singapore. Happy wit my job but my 2 siblings were abused in china

Then they tried to find me but i ran from them. Cause i donno how to bring them in to singapore

Then the goverment came to tell catch me to just talk to the 2 tortoise

When the govt catch me, they told me ever slowly they were dogs

Fuhhhhh when they told me they were dogs, i couldnt stop crying

Then went to the funeral, of rabbits first. All the dead rabbits. I still couldnt stop crying for the 2 dogs.

One of the dog name is arnold.

Then came to the funeral of my 2 siblings. Fuhhh never cried so hard

Then wake up fuh cry somemore hahahaha

Then, went downstairs to sayang all my dogs

Smashed up car due to lorry

Just now along Federal Highway towards Klang, there was a very very bad accident

The white car was completely smashed up by the lorry

The motorcyclist were helping to take the driver out with all their might

It was just minutes away from me. It could have been me

Made me realise how fragile life is and how unlucky one could get

1. Indecisive. He cant even decide where to go to when he is in the car wit the driver and ends up scolding the driver

When people advice him, he will go the total opposite direction

2. Unappreciative. Already exceed target of example RM8million. He will say. Why not RM20million? Why not RM30million. If my boss has a plan for them, i understand. But he just plucks out number from his ass

3. Egoistic” please bring this rubbish out” my boss says. Pointing to the documents he just sign. HELLO! Paperwork are staffs hardwork. Its not easy to do paperwork

4. No tact colleague was given more work and asked for a raise. My boss said “i also think my pay not enough la. Do you know other companies are paying way less”

He says things like “you BETTER do this”

5. inconsiderate he makes people cancel the whole day meeting just to adjust to his calendar. And He mixes documents up and put it in the wrong folder

He makes people come in at 8am just to see him. Official work hour is 9am

6. thick skin he makes his secretary ask for free stuff from other companies

7 A yes man to all the board of directors making all the subordinate have to follow up on all nonsense order. Do not know the history of the company and end up not being able to say no to nonsense request

8. Gossips about A to B. And gossips to B about A

They need to know so they can arrange their documents to be sign early
My boss starts leave next monday
He has a stack of documents not yet sign and people are chasing me

We can hike in Bukit Gasing (not many foreignors go there cause its not a tourist spot)
