Ceiling light problem

Hi guys,

Can anyone guide me how to remove the cover of this ceiling light? I want to unscrew it and replace with a new light.
I tried twisting the frosted glass dome part and also the metal ring part clockwise and anti-clockwise, but it doesn't move at all.

I can't spot any screw, or button/switch to trigger.

Hi gurus out there,

I just assembled a new pc with Gigabyte H55M USB3 motherboard and Cooler Master Silent Pro M 500W. I noticed in BIOS pc health status and also a hardware monitor, the +5v voltage is only 4.9 volt. Is this normal or there is something wrong with my hardwares?

I'm looking for term life insurance with 5 years term 250K coverage, includes death and tpd. I'm 30, non-smoking.
Any other suggestion besides HL assurance (already got their quotation)?

I am being offered HSBC Amanah Takaful as alternative to MRTA.

- 320k flat coverage for 25years, covers death and tpd
- annual premium 800 (abt 1000 if you want to cover critical illness as well)
- can surrender the policy if settle the loan early or can transfer to another loan (according to bank) or can continue for your own proctection
- little or no surrender value after 25 years (depending on investment performance)

im wondering if there is any catch, the premium seems low compare to term life insurance
