knowing that MAXIS ZEROLUTION is an instalment plan for their customer to purchase phone with instalment and monthly subscription fee together in bundle with contract of 24 mths.

My questions are below:

1. Is the ZEROLUTION plan for device is tie with our Credit card limit or we customer pay back maxis the device price upon billing to us?

2. If the instalment plan is to use credit card for instalment, will maxis lock the credit card limit or bill to credit card monthly? Just like Insurance auto debit for premium?

I would like to get advice from all the bros/sis here,

Property with 3 rooms, and i am renting out room by room. not the whole property unit.

i am thinking to install a CCTV (only 1 unit) at the living hall and that CCTV is to protect my property in first place also a pre-caution camera to protect the tenant in case any break in happen. Breaking into the house is happening everywhere even though in a high rise building and i heard the Intruder/Invader climb from the top unit and jump into the lower unit for break in for some kind of reason only they will know.

any of you all have your rented unit with installed CCTV ? Feel free to share your thought whether it is appropriate to do it or not?
any forms need to be signed for both tenant & landlord to avoid any misunderstanding?
