Recently, I went to a new dental clinic because I felt that the previous fillings were not effective, so after I went to the new clinic to have my teeth cleaned, I asked the dentist if there was any problem with the fillings.

After asking, they took X-rays of my mouth and kept telling me that my previous teeth had not been repaired well, etc., and that I needed to reopen my teeth to see if there was any infection inside.

But the problem is that they want to open all the previous fillings. Even if the other teeth show no infection, I still need to pay for the refilling fees.

My tenant moved out after three months due to personal reasons, he returned everything to me and moved out peacefully.
According to the agent, he agreed to forfeit all of the deposit due to a breach of contract, and now the agent has discovered that a new tenant is ready to move in.
In this case, if the tenant terminates the contract early, is there any document he needs to sign to prove it?
I'm afraid that he might regret it sometimes and come back to argue and ask for a refund of the deposit.

Currently I'm working at Philippines and can't come back due to COVID issue.

I plan to buy a property, but is there any chance I could sign the loan SNP and others documentation out of Malaysia?
I heard someone saying that we could ask lawyer send the document to Philippines-Malaysia Embassy, sign those document at Embassy then post it back to lawyer.
But I couldn't find any related info via internet, please help, thanks~

hi all,
my processor is c2d p8400..after reformat me realize that my processor average running speed is 70~100%.
after reformat it run back normal lor around 1~5%(it is consider normal speed?)
but le hor after that me install the anti-virus(Norman) and its run back 100%
but after uninstall it become average 15~30%
in conclusion la...is it be effect by the anti virus that me install or my processor got problem ??

now la me format again n install kapersky anti-virus lor
