            <title>need advise</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1663986</link>
<description>hey all, i need advise on my bodybuilding, err thing. i started early this year. my target is the swimmer&amp;#39;s body (muscular, but not too muscular). are protein shakes good for me? considering that im 16, height 5&amp;#39;9, weight 64kg or 140lbs. i stay in boarding school so the meals are already set. for example the first day would be fish for lunch, meat for dinner, 2nd day would be fish for dinner, chicken for lunch, and then would be fish and meat again. i play rugby probably around 1-2 hours a day, 4-5 times a week. and i do my workouts 4-5 days a week. so yeah, do i need those supplements if i want to achieve my target? preferably by or before the time i grad from school&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oh btw, i eat 1-4 packets of maggi a week during midnight heheh</description>
