Need Advise..changing career path

Hi everyone,

Currently i work as software tester in HSBC with basic salary 3k(1st job after graduation, work for 10 months now).
I am looking to change my career into software development.

So, today i go to Speedminer interview for a position of software developer. I passed the interview but they they will only offer me rm2.5k(excluding EPF and SOSCO yet.....) and i need to sign loyalty contract to stay there at least 2 year(they have yearly increment but im not sure how many)
and I also have been to Maybank for software tester interview(mainly to test my market ) and they seems interested to hire me and maybe willing to buy out my contract at HSBC. Maybe i think they will offered me around RM3300++.

I feel confuse now since i like to do programming but the offer is so little(or is it common for software developer to get that amount of salary??). I can accept deduction of salary but the amount seems very much difference..

can anyone help me plotting the message signal [ m(t) ] is given as in:
t for 0.1=<t<1
-t+2 for 1=<t<1.9
0.1 for elsewhere

and carrier is normal with fc=50 and Ac=1

my code is

t = 0:.1:2;

if (0.1 <= t < 1);
x = t;
elseif (1 <= t < 1.9);
x = -t + 2;

hi

i have this problem
i format this laptop to create partition in hdd
the problem is that i can activate the windows (windows 7 home premium) after i format it
i using the key provided at the bottom of the laptop
i try to search the hidden partition because from what i read..it contain backup data
anyone can help me with this?

btw, this laptop does not provide any cd
first i thought because the package come with windows original from the factory
now i am not really sure what happen

sorry if this is noob question because i never had this problem before

Hi,
i have this lcd which i brought last year
for the last couple months, i have this kind of problem which is my lcd always kinda hard to be on.
what i mean is when i switch on the lcd, the lcd will go kinda on then off again. I need to repeat this gaain a couple time before the lcd will stay on

helo...im planning build pc for my brother next week
the part that i need is processor,motherboard,ram casing and psu
if possible,he prefer ddr3 build and intel processor
he will use this pc for his work(photoshop,illustrator,flash,3dmax) because he is graphic designer
his budget is rm1500
any pros help highly appreciated
